Iyr HaMelech Hebrew School

Looking to make meaningful connections and lasting friendships, all while learning about your Jewish background? Join us weekly at Iyr Hamelech Hebrew School on Saturday mornings to learn more about Jewish history, reading and writing in Hebrew, and exploring Jewish values, holidays and traditions. Programs are facilitated both in-person and online by a qualified Jewish educator. Bar and bat mitzvah training is also available. Please e-mail for registration.

Beit Sefer, Iyr HaMelech Hebrew school runs from September to April for children aged 4 to 13.  Classes meet on Saturday mornings from 10 am to 12 pm.  The school meets in classrooms and meeting space at KUF, 206 Concession St. Beit Sefer, Iyr HaMelech Hebrew school offers an active program, enriching lessons, and fun experiences.

Program Focuses on Hebrew language reading and writing skills, bible study, prayer and learning about holidays.
Lessonscheder Enriched with Jewish studies, history, religious observance, Torah, songs, folklore, and creative games, arts and crafts (and snack).We also participate in monthly synagogue services.Bar/Bat Mitzvah assistance is available as well.
Cost $250 per child each year, up to a maximum of $500 per family.
Date Hebrew school began this year on September 12th, 2020.
