Rabbi Bill S Tepper is a long time congregant and educator at the Holy Blossom Temple in Toronto and has led the Temple Sholom Congregation in Winnipeg and the Mizpah Congregation in Chattanooga. He also spent 15 years as an educator, teaching drama and English and directing community theater in Toronto, Ontario.
Rabbi Tepper developed hearing loss as an adult, and is now almost totally deaf. Despite this, he admirably fulfils his role as a teacher and spiritual leader.
Rabbi Tepper has a supportive style that makes education and religious worship inclusive and accessible to all who seek it. We are very fortunate and excited to have Rabbi Tepper join and lead us.
